Your role
Als Front Office Supervisor ben jij de spin in het web. Samen met de Front Office Manager zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde operatie waar elke dag een stapje beter is. Je verzorgt check-in en check-out op een warme, persoonlijke manier, beheert reserveringen en begeleidt groepsaanvragen van eerste contact tot aankomst. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor vragen, wensen en klachten en lost deze direct op. Op piekmomenten spring je bij bij Bar Blue. Je draait wisselende diensten.
Je adviseert gasten over het hotel, de omgeving van Nijmegen, het restaurant MANNA en Bar Blue.
Communicatief sterk in Nederlands én Engels. Duits is een pré.
Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen hospitality is een pré. Je bent representatief, energiek en altijd scherp, ook op een drukke dag. Innovatief en proactief: je wacht niet af, je handelt.
