Your role
Als Ontbijtkok ben je verantwoordelijk voor een verzorgd, kwalitatief en smaakvol ontbijt, elke ochtend opnieuw. Je verzorgt het dagelijkse ontbijtbuffet, bereidt verse à la minute gerechten zoals eieren en omelet, en bouwt het buffet op, houdt het bij en breekt het af. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, versheid en presentatie van alle ontbijtproducten en beheert voorraden. Je contract is op basis van oproep, ochtend- en weekenddiensten.
Je werkt samen met de bediening voor een soepele ochtendservice en bent een echte teamspeler, ook in een klein ochtendteam.
You speak Dutch and/or English.
Ervaring in een keukenfunctie, bij voorkeur in een hotel- of restaurantomgeving. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, bent hygiënebewust en vertrouwd met HACCP-richtlijnen. Betrouwbaar en punctueel; ochtenddiensten vragen discipline.
